Uría advises Frux Capital on retail parks refinancing in Portugal

Uría Menéndez advised Frux Capital on the refinancing of four retail parks located in Famalicão, Setúbal, Vila Nova de Gaia, and Viseu, owned by the Sertorius Closed Real Estate Investment Fund, managed by Fundbox. The refinancing was carried out through a bond issuance by the Fund, with an initial issuance value of €23.6 million. Fundbox was advised by Cuatrecasas.

Uría Menéndez’s advisory services covered all stages of the transaction, including due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of the bond issuance by the Fund.
