Abreu advises Cusp Capital on investment round
Abreu Advogados advised Cusp Capital, a venture capital firm focused on technology, on leading an investment round in Meight Technologies, a Portuguese technology company specializing in intelligent solutions for the transport sector through an AI-based platform.
Cusp Capital is a venture capital company focused on European software and technology development, investing in early-stage companies that are about to redefine their sectors. Over the last 15 years, Cusp Capital has invested more than €600 million in companies such as Zalando, Delivery Hero, Klarna, Scalable Capital, data Artisans, Personio and SoSafe.
