ECIJA advises in the process of restructuring Freshly Cosmetics´ professionals at Freshly Park
ECIJA has advised the company Freshly Cosmetics in the process of restructuring its professionals at Freshly Park in Reus (Tarragona) and in the presentation and formalization of a Collective Redundancy, which concluded with an agreement with the workers.
It was recognized that the cause for the redundancy was valid, and it was agreed to terminate 52 positions across various categories. The Labour Inspectorate of Tarragona has favorably reported on the agreement, concluding a complex process to the satisfaction of both the workers’ representatives and the company.
The advisory team, led by partner Fernando Vizcaíno, included active participation from the firm’s manager Carlos Carril and associate Sandra Oliveira Novoa.
