Abreu guides Reclame Aqui in stake acquisition
Abreu Advogados advised Reclame Aqui – the world’s largest platform dedicated to the reputation of companies and consumer opinions – on the acquisition of 30 per cent of the capital of the technology company Consumers Trust, which owns Portal da Queixa (Portugal), Réclame Ici (France), Libro de Quejas (Spain) and Complaints Book (South Africa and the United Kingdom).
Reclame Aqui, founded in 2000, stands out as the largest platform of its kind thanks to its monthly figures: around 30 million hits, more than 1 million complaints and 25 million users. It has 700,000 registered companies. The main aim of this acquisition is to globalise trust and reputation in consumer relations.
