Uría Menéndez advises on Exolum stake deal
Uría Menéndez has acted as counsel to Stoneshield and an undisclosed international investment firm in the acquisition of a 25% stake in Exolum Corporation from OMERS, the Canadian pension fund. The deal value was not disclosed.
