Rocajunyent advises Ferrer on OTC division sale
Rocajunyent has advised Ferrer on the sale of its consumer health and over-the-counter medicines division, Ferrer for you, to an international multinational pharmaceutical group.
The transaction includes a portfolio featuring, among other products, Gelocatil, one of the division’s most established brands in the Spanish consumer healthcare market.
Through the divestment, Ferrer separates from a business unit generating approximately €40 million in revenue and around €5 million in EBITDA, thereby continuing its strategy of portfolio optimisation and long-term value creation through specialisation.
