RocaJunyent advises Aurica Capital on Reale Seguros’ stake
RocaJunyent has advised Aurica Capital on the entry of Reale Seguros into Canitas, through the acquisition of an 18.9% stake in the Spanish veterinary clinics group.
The partnership also aims to foster the development of integrated solutions combining insurance and animal healthcare, enhancing value for both clients and stakeholders.
