Cuatrecasas and RocaJunyent advised Paris/64 on capital increase
Cuatrecasas and RocaJunyent advised Spanish leather goods brand Paris/64 on a capital increase agreed with investment manager GSIF España, aimed at supporting the company’s international expansion.
Paris/64, an Aragon-based firm, will use the new funding to scale its operations while maintaining its brand identity and long-term positioning.
The transaction is intended to support sustainable value creation and enable the company to grow in a structured manner, with the objective of reaching €30 million in revenue by 2030.
