Dentons hires Guillermo Bailach Miró as tax partner

Dentons hires Guillermo Bailach Miró as a partner in its tax practice in Spain. He joins the firm from DLA Piper, where he advised on complex tax matters.

Bailach has over 15 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and international tax structuring.

Focus on transactional tax and regulated sectors

Throughout his career, he has advised on mergers, demergers and cross-border reorganisations. His practice also includes warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance and tax dispute matters, particularly in regulated sectors such as insurance and life sciences.

Prior to DLA Piper, he worked at firms including EY and Ramón y Cajal Abogados. He has also gained international experience in London and New York.
