Uría Menéndez advises ICG and Templus on European data centre
Uría Menéndez has advised ICG and Templus on the acquisition of a portfolio of nine data centers located across key European cities, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Copenhagen, Leeds, London, Milan, Madrid and Zurich.
The team
The deal was led by Blanca Arlabán Gabeirasán and Alex Bircham, with the participation of Diego José Pérez Rodríguez, Pedro Sáenz Abenza, Gonzalo Sanz Setién, Javier Toro Torcal, Javier Gutiérrez-Gil Martín and David López Pombo.
