Cuatrecasas advises CoRe on Lift-Evercom merger
Cuatrecasas has advised CoRe Capital, a private equity fund manager, on the consolidation of Portuguese communications agency Lift Consulting with Spanish agency Evercom, forming one of the first independent integrated communications agencies operating at Iberian scale.
CoRe Capital participated in the transaction through its CoRe Consolida I fund, which focuses on investment strategies aimed at strengthening the capitalisation of the economy and the resilience of the business fabric.
Lift Consulting, headquartered in Lisbon, and Evercom, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, have merged their operations to offer clients an integrated suite of communications services across the Iberian market.

The Cuatrecasas team advising on the transaction was led by M&A and private equity partner Mariana Norton dos Reis, supported by Raquel Santos Pereira, Filipa Teixeira Diniz and Megan Hackney, all from the M&A and Private Equity practice, alongside Manuel Requicha Ferreira, Margarida Leal Oliveira and Agustí Cerdá from the Finance team.
