Uría Menéndez secures €405m judgment for Banco Sabadell in UK Litigation against Cerberus Group

Uría Menéndez, in collaboration with PCB Byrne, represented Banco Sabadell in a legal claim against several companies of the Cerberus group, securing a judgment for €358 million in principal and €47 million in interest.

The case concerned a deferred payment dispute related to the purchase of three real estate portfolios and was handled in the United Kingdom.
