Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho advises Tristan Capital Partners on real estate deal

Lisbon-headquartered Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho advised Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a portfolio of seven buildings located in Lisbon and Oeiras.

The portfolio was acquired from Vision Escritórios, a real estate fund managed by Norfin. It included an office building located in Rua Castilho in Lisbon, and five other buildings located in Lisbon and Carnaxide in Oeiras.

Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho advised on both the acquisition and the acquisition financing.

The team advising on the acquisition was led by partner Rita Xavier de Brito (pictured), and included partners Marta Pontes and Francisco Brito e Abreu, senior associate Raquel Maurício, and associates Sara Rebordão Topa, Rita Canto e Castro and Sebastião Carvalho Lorena.

Partners Francisco Cunha Ferreira (pictured below) and Marta Pontes advised Tristan on the acquisition financing, along with associate Luís Soares de Sousa.
