Squire advises Kiloutou on the acquisition of Liftisa and Gloobal

Squire Patton Boggs advised Kiloutou Group, a French multinational specialising in the rental of machinery and tools, on the acquisition of the Spanish platform rental companies Liftisa and Gloobal Movingrent.

This double acquisition will enable Kiloutou Spain to strengthen its position in the lifting division and its presence in Catalonia, Madrid and Valencia with 6 new branches, complementing its range of machinery with a new range of lifting platform vehicles and work platforms for the construction, industry and services sectors.

Kiloutou Group is the second largest lessor of machinery and tools in France and the third largest in Europe.
