RyC counsels multi-bank pool on €22.7m refinancing

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has counselled a pool of 7 banks on a publishing/insurance refinancing operation for €22.7 million

The pool of banks was formed by Banco Sabadell, Bankia, Abanca, Bankinter, BBVA, Deutsche Bank, SAE and Ibercaja.

In the refinancing operation, Signo Editores a Madrid-based publishing house specializing in design publications, insurance company Gran Nogal Seguros and Grupo Rupama acted as Borrowers and Obligors.

Ramón y Cajal Abogados advised the lenders with a team formed by Finance partners Amado Giménez (pictured left) and Cándido Pérez (pictured right), along with lawyer Elena Galán.
