PwC and Garrigues advise Izilend on €22M financing
PwC Tax & Legal and Garrigues advised Izilend, an alternative financing vehicle of FS Capital, on the completion of a financing transaction worth 22 million euros aimed at funding the development of a luxury residential real estate project that includes an integrated boutique hotel.
