RocaJunyent advises Anetra in challenge to Renfe bus services
RocaJunyent has advised transport association Anetra in a procurement challenge against a Renfe tender for the creation of a bus company intended to provide alternative road transport services.
The appeal was upheld by Spain’s Central Administrative Court for Contractual Appeals (TACRC), which ordered the annulment of the challenged tender provisions and the reopening of the procedure. The ruling also upheld a parallel appeal brought by FENADISMER in the same process.
