Clifford Chance advises Galp on Acciona wind deal
Clifford Chance has advised Galp on the acquisition from Acciona Energía of 100% of a portfolio comprising 15 operational onshore wind farms with a total capacity of 361 MW, located in Spain.
The transaction involves the transfer of the full stake in the onshore wind assets from Acciona Energía to Galp, consolidating the buyer’s renewable energy footprint in Spain through the acquisition of an already operational generation capacity.
