PwC advises Twin Peaks on Madrid office deal
PwC has advised Twin Peaks Capital on the acquisition from Azora of an office building located at Doctor Esquerdo, 136, in Madrid. The property will undergo a conversion into a residential development comprising 55 dwellings.
The transaction, which combined legal, tax and finance advice, was reported by the client on LinkedIn and covered by the Spanish business daily Expansión.
The team
The cross-practice PwC España legal and tax team was led by Emilio Gómez Delgado, Partner in Corporate M&A Real Estate, with support from Pablo Villar Igartua, Partner in Tax Real Estate, and Gerardo García-Boente, Partner in Urban Planning.
The wider team was made up of senior manager Beatriz Socías Flores, senior associate Guillermo Medina López de Haro, and associates María Lázaro Velázquez and Beatriz Álvarez Corujo, all working on Corporate M&A and Real Estate matters, together with manager Fran Piñeiro on the tax side. PwC’s Finance team also assisted with financial due diligence and finance transaction aspects of the deal.
