PRA launches Economic Unit
PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados has created a new Economic Unit: the Asset Management Economic Unit, headed by partner Catarina Costa Lopes
PRA’s new Economic Unit will dedicate itself to the constitution of Special Vehicles for Real Estate Investment, involving the monitoring of Investment Funds and Real Estate management companies. It will also focus on advising the areas of Real Estate Financing and Construction, including horizontal property, Shopping Centers, Urban Planning and Territorial Management Instruments, municipal licensing of urban operations, industrial/commercial and environmental licensing.
“The needs of our clients justified the creation of this new Economic Unit, allowing us to be even more focused on this business area, which has been growing a lot the last years, a trend that we anticipate will continue to expand. This way, we will be able to be even closer to our clients”, said Catarina Costa Lopes (pictured), partner at PRA since 2008 and who has been dedicated to this area for over 20 years. The new Asset Management Economic Unit now joins the already existent Economic Units of Transports, Entertainment, Bodily Injury and Pharmacy and Medicines.
