Pinto Ribeiro Advogados instructed by Blueotter on EGEO Circular acquisition

Lisbon law firm Pinto Ribeiro Advogados advised Portuguese waste management company Blueotter on the acquisition of EGEO Circular.

 

EGEO Circular specialises in the collection and treatment of non-hazardous waste. The annual revenue of the company – which has 500 employees – is approximately €35 million.

The Pinto Ribeiro Advogados team included Susana Enes (pictured), João Antunes, Helena Carreiras, André Miranda, Hugo Baptista Rodrigues and Marcos Sousa Guedes.
