Uría Menéndez advises GPF Capital on Golderos acquisition

Uría Menéndez advised GPF Capital on the purchase of Spanish beer dispenser company Golderos.

Golderos specialises in the design, manufacture and repair of beer dispensing equipment for bars and restaurants.

Golderos’ clients include Grupo Mahou-San Miguel, Damm, Estrella Galicia, Cerveza Ambar or Super Bock.

The Uría Menéndez team included Francisco San Miguel (pictured), David López-Pombo and Adrián Lozano.
