Pinsent Masons advises MyInvestor on €20m financing round

Pinsent Masons has advised MyInvestor on the closing of a €20 million financing round 

Pinsent Masons Pinsent Masons has advised MyInvestor (Andbank) on the closing of a €20 million financing round in which its current shareholders have participated, a group of private and institutional investors, including Andbank itself, AXA and El Corte Inglés.  

MyInvestor, a digital neobank launched by Andbank back in 2017, is already considered as the largest fintech in Spain with a turnover of €1.5 billion and more than 70,000 customers. 

Andbank is one of the fastest-growing private banking institutions in recent years. The bank, which is committed to organic and inorganic growth, has acquired three private banking businesses over the last three years (Merchbanc, Degroof Petercam Spain and Esfera), in all of which Pinsent Masons has acted as Andbank’s advisor on Corporate matters. 

The team involved in this operation (pictured clockwise from top left) was comprised of Antonio Sánchez Montero, partner, Isabel García Díaz-Mauriño, senior associate, and Rocío García Nardiz, lawyer (all Corporate) and Gonzalo Gil Suarez, partner (Tax).
