Pavia e Ansaldo advises Spanish holding in Milan

The Italian law firm Pavia e Ansaldo has advised a Spanish holding company, managing a diversified portfolio of stakes in leading companies in the footwear sector and the management of Spanish hotel chains, on the acquisition of a prestigious property located in central Milan, currently leased to a renowned international footwear brand.

On Pavia e Ansaldo side, the advisors team was led by partner Meritxell Roca Ortega (pictured) and senior associate Chiara Scarpelli. The seller, Fingra S.R.L., was advised by the law firm Villa & Partners, represented by lawyer Fulvio Villa.
