CMS advises SCPI Epsilon 360 on commercial asset acquisition
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has provided legal counsel to Société Civile de Placement Immobilier (SCPI) Epsilon 360, managed by the French investment firm Epsicap REIM, in the acquisition of a new commercial asset in Murcia.
The property, comprising two retail units, spans a total of 4,050 square meters. This transaction marks Epsilon 360’s second acquisition in Spain during 2024, reflecting the company’s ongoing expansion strategy in the Iberian market.
The deal was spearheaded by Álvaro Otero (pictured), a partner in CMS’s Real Estate division, with support from Jorge Durán, an associate in the same practice area.
This acquisition reinforces Epsilon 360’s commitment to investing in high-value commercial assets across strategic European locations, further solidifying its portfolio in the Spanish real estate market.
