Osborne Clarke renews the top management in Madrid
Osborne Clarke has renewed its leadership in Madrid and has appointed two co-managing partners: Luis Castro and Laura Martin Moya.
Vicente Conde, former managing partner of the firm in Madrid, will keep his position as partner and becomes the head of the corporate area of the firm.
Luis Castro
Castro is the partner in charge of the Energy and Utilities team, as well as the Mobility and Infrastructure team of Osborne Clarke in Spain.
As a project lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, Luis has advised on M&A and financing transactions related to regulated sectors such as energy, telecommunications, rail, healthcare, environment, waste and water.
Laura Martin Moya
Laura Martín has been a partner in Osborne Clarke’s Madrid office for the past two months. She specializes in litigation and arbitration (both national and international) and insolvency law, with 20 years of experience in advising clients on these matters.
Laura specializes in litigation. She provides advice and defense in all types of civil and commercial judicial proceedings, both in pre-litigation and litigation, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the main national and international Arbitration Courts.
He is an arbitrator of the Madrid Court of Arbitration, the Arbitration Court of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Barcelona Court of Arbitration, as well as a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club and its Mediation Commission.
