Osborne Clarke appoints three new partners
Osborne Clarke has approved the appointments of three new partners, effective January 1, 2025. The new partners are Esther Villa, Laura de la Cruz, and Laura Martín.
Esther Villa
Esther Villa has been part of Osborne Clarke since 2016, where she has built her career in the international field of tax planning and investment structuring. With over 20 years of experience, she has advised multinational companies, large corporate groups, and family offices on complex restructurings and international transactions. She has also led high-impact tax litigation and tax incentive optimization across multiple jurisdictions.
Laura de la Cruz
Laura de la Cruz has spent her entire career at the firm, joining in 2012. Working in the corporate law department, she has specialized in corporate governance and regulatory advice in the securities market, as well as in advising on international M&A transactions.
Laura Martín
Laura Martín has over 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, as well as in insolvency law. She has been with the firm since 2012 and also serves as an arbitrator before various courts. In addition to her practice, she teaches procedural law and mediation. This appointment is part of the strong international growth of the firm’s dispute resolution and international arbitration practice.
