RocaJunyent Grupo Gaona reports 21% revenue growth in 2024
Law firm RocaJunyent Grupo – Gaona announced a 21% increase in its 2024 revenue during its annual general meeting held in Seville. The firm’s earnings rose to €4.45 million, compared to €3.67 million in 2023. Following the review of its 2024 financial results, the firm has set an ambitious target of €5 million in revenue for 2025, supported by the addition of new partners and synergies within the broader RocaJunyent Grupo network.
The firm’s strategic expansion has solidified its presence across Spain, including Andalusia, the Basque Country, the Balearic Islands, Castile-León, Extremadura, and Valencia, complementing RocaJunyent’s established offices in Madrid and Catalonia. Globally, the firm leverages the TerraLex network, enhancing its international reach.
Manuel Camas, president of Gaona, praised the firm’s transformation, emphasizing the balance achieved between its Málaga and Seville offices. “This year, we’ve not only seen economic growth but also significant strategic advancements. Málaga and Seville are now fully aligned in terms of partners, revenue, and resources, housed in landmark buildings in both cities,” he noted.
The firm has also embraced cutting-edge legal technology, including artificial intelligence and process automation tools, paired with ongoing training. “Our collaboration with RocaJunyent Grupo has modernized our image and operations,” Camas added.
As part of its 2023-2025 strategic plan, which is 80% complete with one year remaining, the firm has prioritized growth in public, tax, labor, and criminal law. Additionally, RocaJunyent Grupo – Gaona has integrated ESG policies into its management framework, focusing on environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices.
The firm has issued annual sustainability reports for two years, measuring its carbon footprint and implementing measures such as paperless policies, teleworking, shared workspaces, and efficient resource management to minimize environmental impact.
This year, the Seville office adopted a collaborative workspace model, enhancing technology and fostering cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing. Teleworking now accounts for 40% of the firm’s operations, promoting work-life balance in a traditionally demanding sector.
With these advancements, RocaJunyent Grupo – Gaona is poised for continued growth, bolstered by its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and strategic expansion.
