Dower advises Greengray on Eletroclima acquisition

Dower Law Firm has advised the Greengray Group, which comprises leading companies in sectors such as metal treatment, metalworking, engineering, metallic and civil construction, energy, and telecommunications, on the acquisition of Eletroclima. The operation aims to strengthen the group’s market position in Portugal.

With over 45 years of experience, Eletroclima specializes in the sale, installation, and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Representing international brands like Samsung, Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Midea, the company is a major player in the HVAC sector in Portugal, with a client base that includes sectors such as hospitals, clinics, factories, schools, care homes, office buildings, and private residences.

This acquisition represents a strategic milestone for the Greengray Group, creating significant synergies and driving Eletroclima’s growth. “The integration of Eletroclima into our portfolio not only enhances our technical capacity but also enables us to meet the growing demand for energy-efficient building solutions—an essential segment for the sustainable future of construction in Portugal,” said Samuel Coelho, CEO of the Greengray Group.

The operation was led by Dower’s managing partner Eduardo Castro Marques (pictured), with support from coordinating associate Cláudia Rodrigues de Carvalho.
