Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Greening Group on €10M green bond issue
Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Greening Group Global, a Spanish multinational company operating in the renewable energy sector, in the first issue of green bonds in the amount of €10,000,000 under the program registered in the MARF for a maximum nominal amount of €30,000,000.
The issue is secured for a term of 5 years and the proceeds will be used for organic (Capex) and inorganic (M&A) growth. Renta 4 Banco acted as lead manager, and Beka Finance and Banco Sabadell acted as underwriters.
The firms team has been led by José Blanco Aróstegui, partner of the firm’s capital markets department, with the support of Gadea Pérez de Guzmán Cubas (senior associate) and Guillermo Iglesias Juárez (associate).
