ONTIER advises Powertis/Aquila Capital on the development of a photovoltaic plant

ONTIER has advised Powertis on an agreement with Aquila Capital, for the development of a 421MW photovoltaic plant

ONTIER has advised Powertis on the new agreement signed with Aquila Capital, for the joint development of 421MW of solar photovoltaic projects in Italy, reaching a total of 1,193 MW of co-development projects.

Powertis is a Spanish company dedicated to the development of solar photovoltaic projects and belonging to the Soltec Power Holdings group.

The team involved in this operation was comprised of Laura Gentili (pictured bottom left) and Sara Di Battista (pictured bottom right), involved in the administrative and real estate aspects of the agreement, while Luca Pardo (pictured top right), founding partner of ONTIER Italy, and Carmen Fernández Vadillo (pictured top left), country manager, coordinated the operation and its corporate and contractual aspects.
