Martínez-Echevarría integrates the “boutique” San Simón & Duch

Martínez-Echevarría Abogados has signed an integration agreement with San Simón & Duch, law firm specialised in maritime, transport and insurance law.

This boutique firm was established in 2001 by founding partners Luis de San Simón and Mercedes Duch. 

Luis de San Simón (pictured left) has extensive experience in all types of judicial and non-judicial matters for national and international clients, as well as arbitration proceedings. 

Mercedes Duch (pictured right) has more than 20 years of experience. Her advice covers both maritime law and the insurance law, having extensive experience in land transportation matters.
