TELLES advises on sale of MWTechnologies to Amplitude
TELLES has advised the shareholders of MWTechnologies on the sale of its business in Portugal to Amplitude Laser Group, a leading global manufacturer of femtosecond lasers for scientific, medical and industrial applications.

With the acquisition of MWTechnologies, which is renamed Amplitude Portugal, the French multinational Amplitude Laser Group reinforces its technological development and production capacity and consummates its entry in the Portuguese market.
