The legal advisors on the acquisition of Ecolium Energy SA
Garrigues has advised the Spanish company, Parlem Telecom Companyia de Telecomunicacions SL, on the purchase of Ecolium Energy SA.
Parlem Telecom Companyia de Telecomunicacions SL, based in Barcelona, provides telecommunication services. By this deal, the Spanish firm has acquired Ecolium Energy SA, a Spain based company engaged in the management of green energy and photovoltaic self-consumption projects.
