Mariscal & Abogados advises RFMW on Spantech acquisition
Mariscal & Abogados has advised the british company RFMW Europe on the acquisition of Spantech Technology Solutions. The transaction has been carried out through a purchase and sale of 100% of the participation in Spantech Technology Solutions, keeping the previous managers linked to the new project.
The RFMW Group is one of the world’s leading distributors of radio frequency and microwave products. Spantech Technology Solutions represents in Spain and Portugal the most advanced international distributors of radio frequency, microwave, millimeter wave components and equipment for satellite communication. Therefore, its acquisition represents a clear commitment by the RFMW Group to consolidate its position and business strategy in Europe.
Mariscal & Abogados’ team has been led by partners Karl H. Lincke (pictured left) and José María Mesa (pictured right), who have been in charge of carrying out the acquisition deal.
