Cuatrecasas advises Matchi on alliance with TPC Matchpoint

Cuatrecasas has advised Matchi, one of the leading racket sports platforms, on its alliance with TPC Matchpoint, a Spanish company with one of the largest sports management systems (for facilities and players) in the world, which has a prominent presence in Europe (especially Spain and Italy) and Latin America. The operation was supported by additional financing from Verdane and Sprints Capital, current investors in MATCHi.

Of Swedish origin and only ten years since its inception, MATCHi has managed to exceed one million users and expand its offering of comprehensive services to more than 1,600 installations. It offers a court payment and reservation system, activity and course management, player association and automated racket rental. Easy to use, MATCHi has managed to gain the trust of many of the most important padel operators on the planet, achieving truly important growth figures. After this operation, MATCHi advances steadily in its consolidation as a global racket sports ecosystem.

The transaction was supported by additional financing from Verdane and Sprints Capital, Matchi’s existing investors.
