Andersen has incorporated Juan Ignacio Alonso Dregi as a partner, who joins with his team to expand the capabilities of the corporate and m&a area in the Barcelona office. The firm thus adds four new professionals in the transactional area by also incorporating Jordi Albós, who joins as director, and Wenbo Zhou and Adrián Benito as associates.
Alonso Dregi holds a degree in Law from the CEU Abat Oliba University and has more than 25 years of professional experience in which he has advised many companies in mergers and acquisitions, in investments of Spanish companies in their internationalisation processes, as well as in the establishment of foreign companies in Spain. He has also participated in restructuring operations in various sectors, with particular experience in real estate, automotive and retail. Previously, he has developed his career in law firms such as Garrigues, Dentons or Ceca Magán.
In the academic field, he is coordinator and professor of the Master’s Degree in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations at ISDE, as well as the Master’s Degree in International Law at ISDE. He is also Honorary Consul of the Republic of Malta for Catalonia and Aragon.

Jordi Albós, who joins as director, has a degree in Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and throughout his career has participated in major transactions in the real estate, industry, tourism and financial sectors.
Wenbo Zhou holds a degree in Law from the University of Salamanca and a double Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Practice from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and Adrián Benito holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa.
