Linklaters advises on the increase of Escribano’s stake in Indra to 14.3%
Linklaters has advised Escribano Mechanical & Engineering on the acquisition of an additional 6.3% of the capital and voting rights of Indra, bringing its total stake to 14.3%.
This transaction reinforces its strategic position as the company’s second largest shareholder and underlines its commitment to the consolidation of the Spanish industrial fabric and its expansion in the defense and security sectors.
The team was led by Paloma Fierro and Bárbara Victoria González Gutiérrez, with the support of Macarena Sanz González.
