Pérez-Llorca advises Alquiler Seguro on its exit to BME Scaleup
BME Scaleup has welcomed Alquiler Seguro Asset Market SOCIMI. The traditional ringing of the bell held at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Mr. Sergi Gargallo Lorente, Chairman and CEO of ASAM, who was accompanied by Jesús González Nieto, Managing Director of BME Scaleup.
The company, which is the twentieth to join this new BME market, took as a reference a price of 13.8 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 5 million euros.
Jesús González explained that “we are delighted to welcome Alquiler Seguro Asset Market SOCIMI to BME Scaleup as the year draws to a close. With this incorporation, there are now 20 companies that have started trading on this market since we launched it more than a year ago. This is excellent news because it shows that the simplification of the listing requirements for this segment of the market is highly appreciated by companies, as well as providing a first approach to the capital markets”.
The Pérez-Llorca team that participated in the IPO was formed by Teresa Méndez, corporate partner; Javier Bau, corporate partner; José Azqueta, tax partner; María Díaz, corporate lawyer; and Maria Barragan, corporate.
