JPAB joins forces with Saudi law firm Ghada Aleidi
JPAB – José Pedro Aguiar-Branco Advogados has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement aimed at exploring synergies and growth opportunities in areas of mutual interest with the Saudi law firm Ghada Aleidi Law Firm, represented by Ghada Aleidi. The agreement, set last November, marks an important milestone in JPAB’s journey towards strengthening its global presence, states the Portuguese firm.
“In a global context where the Middle East plays an increasingly significant role in the economic landscape, this partnership seeks to provide clients with access to a diverse range of legal services, covering areas such as foreign investment, construction and real estate law, international arbitration, tax law, corporate law, M&A, and intellectual property”, informs JPAB.
This initiative enhances the capabilities of JPAB’s Arab Desk to explore, support, and drive national initiatives in the economic and financial sectors within Arab countries and Portugal. JPAB’s Arab Desk is supported by a multidisciplinary team with “deep knowledge of the region’s geopolitics and geostrategy, offering expertise in business intelligence processes, a proven track record in company internationalization operations within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), specialization in Islamic law and finance, and fluency in the Arabic language”, says JPAB.
