J+Legal advises FC Porto on bonds issuance

J+Legal advised Futebol Clube do Porto in its recent public subscription and listing of bonds on Euronext, which concluded on December 4. The operation was coordinated by partners Jorge Brito Pereira and Diogo Leónidas Rocha, with the participation of lawyers Tomás Pinto Castelo and Francisca Lee from the firm’s financial and capital markets department (all four advisors pictured, from left to right). Haitong Bank, the global coordinator of the issuance, was advised by Vieira de Almeida.
