GEFISCAL ETL Global on the creation of the Cáceres’ Court of Arbitration
GEFISCAL ETL Global has advised the Cáceres Chamber of Commerce on the creation of the Court of Arbitration.
The new Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Cáceres will be inaugurated once the rules and statutes for its implementation have been approved in plenary session.
GEFISCAL ETL Global will also collaborate in the training of the arbitrators and the lawyers will participate in the arbitrations to be carried out.
Through the creation of this Court of Arbitration, the aim is to provide efficiency and agility in the resolution of business disputes in the province of Cáceres.
The possible disputes that can be resolved in this Court of Arbitration of the Cáceres Chamber of Commerce will deal with company and corporate disputes, in the field of construction, in distribution, agency, franchising or conflicts and disputes in logistics, among others.
