Andersen with Flexoh on its strategic alliance with Betterfly
Andersen has advised Flexoh, a Spanish company linked to the flexible work benefits industry, in its strategic alliance with the Chilean unicorn startup Betterfly, a corporate labor benefits platform.
This alliance has allowed Betterfly, among the most valuable insurtech in Latin America -up to 1.000 million dollars-, to bring forward its arrival in the European market through Spain, which was planned for 2023.
The agreement achieved in July was closed in September after approval by the relevant regulatory bodies.
