GA_P advises on the restructuring of Bodegas Riojanas

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the group of majority creditors of the group dedicated to the production and commercialization of wine to which Bodegas Riojanas, Bodegas Torreduero and Bodegas Viore belong in connection with the restructuring of their debt.

The advice consisted of a restructuring plan in accordance with the provisions of articles 614 and subsequent articles of the Insolvency Law. As detailed in the relevant fact published by Bodegas Riojanas, this restructuring plan allows optimizing the Group’s financial structure, providing it with the necessary stability to address the strategic objectives set for the coming years. These objectives will allow the consolidation of its brands in the domestic and international markets, as well as to advance in the execution of the Company’s strategic plan.
