Across Legal signs Àlex Plana Paluzie as partner
Across Legal, a law firm led by Ignacio Lacasa, has signed Àlex Plana Paluzie, from PwC, as a partner of the firm after several years working in different prestigious national and international law firms. With this move, Across Legal consolidates its core business: complex corporate and cross-border transactions and increases its offer with new services in the field of funds and financial regulation.
In the words of Ignacio Lacasa, “it is an honor to welcome Alex Plana as a new partner of Across Legal. His experience in private equity and financial regulation will be key to strengthen our focus on complex and cross-border transactions. In addition, we are particularly pleased that he is returning to what has always been his professional home. This is undoubtedly a great development for the firm”.
New area
The incorporation of the lawyer means the launch of a new area specialized in management companies, investment funds and financial regulation and reinforces the positioning of Across Legal as a legal partner of reference in the private equity sector, being able to advise the management companies of private equity entities in their main activities, from the incorporation of investment funds, through the financial regulation of the management companies, to advice on all types of investments and divestments.
