Fieldfisher JAUSAS assists with iHackLabs sale to Telefónica

Fieldfisher JAUSAS has advised two of iHackLabs’ majority shareholders and managers on its sale to Telefónica

The multinational chaired s José María Álvarez-Pallete has acquired iHackLabs, a London-based ‘start-up’ dedicated to education and training in cybersecurity. With this operation, Telefónica Tech, through its cybersecurity company ElevenPaths, reinforces a division whose demand is constantly growing.

With this acquisition, Telefónica expects to offer an extra service to its customers and thus capture more market to which it can offer its full range of services.

Fieldfisher JAUSAS advised two of iHackLabs´ majority shareholders and managers with a team led by Mergers & Acquisitions partner Rodrigo Martos Prat (pictured).
