EY advises Solarbay on the sale of two photovoltaic plants

EY Abogados has advised Spanish firm Solarbay Renewable Energy on the sale of two photovoltaic plants 

EY Abogados has advised Spanish firm Solarbay Renewable Energy on the sale of two photovoltaic plants to one of the largest European suppliers of photovoltaic plants. The buyer has been advised by Schlaich DAUSS.

One of the plants is located in the province of Cádiz, with an installed capacity of 8.93 MWp, while the other PV plant is located in the province of Zaragoza, with an installed capacity of 20 MWp.

The EY Abogados Legal team involved in this transaction was formed by Susana Gómez Badiola, Corporate M&A and Private Equity Partner, together with her team members Carmen Esteban García Bernalt, Beatriz Ruiz Herrero, Beatriz Sánchez Rodríguez and Carlota Sepó Mendoza.

The Schlaich DAUSS legal team involved Uri Geigle, Sönke Schlaich, Olga Bello and Miquel Moreno Gonzalvo.
