EY advises Copilot Capital on Green Eagle deal
EY Abogados has advised Copilot Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Green Eagle Solutions, a Spanish technology company that develops software solutions for the management and optimisation of energy infrastructure. The firm’s advice on the transaction covered buy-side due diligence, deal structuring and the negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA).
The transaction marks Copilot Capital’s entry as majority shareholder in Green Eagle Solutions and reflects the fund’s continued focus on technology companies with growth potential and an established position in strategic markets.
