Deloitte Legal Telles hires Lídia Neves as IP partner
Deloitte Legal Telles has reinforced its Technology, Privacy and Intellectual Property team with the arrival of Lídia Neves as partner. Joining from Antas da Cunha Ecija, she will take on responsibility for the firm’s working group dedicated to Intellectual Property.
Background on the hire
Lídia Neves has built her career around intellectual property and information technology law, with experience defining protection and value-creation strategies for IP rights, drafting and negotiating exploitation agreements for such assets, and advising on related regulatory matters. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions, including Portugal, the Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP), several Francophone African nations and Timor-Leste, gaining experience in copyright, related rights, industrial property and information technology.
She is a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney and an official Industrial Property Agent, and also sits as an arbitrator at Arbitrare, the arbitration centre for industrial property, domain names, trade names and business designations.
