EY Abogados advises iF Returns’ ReturnPro sale
EY Abogados has advised iF Returns, a European platform for returns management, on the sale of the company to ReturnPro, a US-based group specialized in returns management and recommerce. The cross-border transaction between Spain and the United States will allow ReturnPro to incorporate iF Returns’ technology for returns management and roll it out among its existing clients in the United States, including sellers operating through third-party marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace, while reinforcing its platform for international expansion.
